| ngo_orgnr | FK to dim_ngo.orgnr. |
| chapter_level | national / regional / local per Q46. Coverage-gap supply queries filter to local. |
| parent_chapter_id | Self-FK to chapter_id (e.g. local → regional → national). NULL for top-level (national) and orphan (Ukjent) rows. |
| chapter_orgnr | Brreg orgnr if the chapter is separately registered (e.g. Red Cross local branches each have their own). NULL otherwise. |
| name | Display name for the chapter, verbatim from upstream (Red Cross's localBranchName etc.). Not normalised — preserves casing, diacritics, and embedded NGO prefixes if upstream publishes them. |
| kommune_nr | Resolved via dim_postnummer. NULL for branches that span multiple kommuner (regional, national). |
| is_active | Whether the chapter is currently operational. False for dormant or merged chapters that upstream still publishes for historical continuity. Coverage-gap supply queries filter to is_active = true. |
| postal_address_line1 | Street address (first line). Used together with postal_code + post_office to resolve to a kommune_nr via dim_postnummer. NULL for chapters that don't publish a physical address. |
| postal_code | 4-digit Norwegian postal code (postnummer), leading zeros preserved. Drives the kommune_nr resolution; FK to dim_postnummer. |
| post_office | Post-office name, ALLCAPS as published by Bring. |
| phone | Public contact phone number for the chapter, verbatim from upstream (no normalisation, may include country code or local formatting). NULL when not published. |

Vocabulary (free-text in v1): 'youth-political' (e.g. NF Solidaritetsungdom), 'youth-health' (NF Sanitetsungdom when separately registered, RC RØFF), 'student' (NF Studentgruppe), 'hospital' (NF Sanitet Haukeland), 'umbrella' (NF Sentralt). Promoted to an accepted_values test once 3+ NGOs populate it consistently (per INVESTIGATE-multi-ngo-supply-model-extensions Q1). |

🔴 A STATIC DUMP, NOT A LIVE FEED — a one-off export of 2026-04-21 (392 branches,
~2 400 activities per migration 022). Nothing refreshes it.
🔴 SERVING ZERO ROWS TODAY and that is expected, not a broken endpoint: the
redcross-branches ingest is held on a credential, so raw is empty and so is this.
⚠️ Atlas holds NO republication licence here. This is Norges Røde Kors's own
operational data, published on the owner's stated wish — and a wish is not a
licence. NLOD does not cover it; ask Røde Kors before redistributing. That
instruction reached Atlas relayed through the demo consumer, not directly.
