| row_count | Records the endpoint serves, counted at transform time with an unfiltered `count(*)`. ⚠️ This is the whole relation, not a filtered view of it. A source contributing to a multi-source endpoint is not visible here — use meta_sources.served_as to see which endpoints carry a given source. |
| is_empty | True when row_count is 0. An endpoint can be published, correct and empty — activity_catalog, distrikt_summary and kommune_local_chapters all are, because redcross-branches is on hold. Empty is a state, not a fault, and is reported rather than hidden. |

| last_run_at | The last ingest attempt for any contributing source, success or failure. 🔴 NOT THE SAME AS last_succeeded_at, AND THAT GAP IS THE POINT. meta_sources filters every freshness field to successful runs, so a source failing for nine days reports its last success and looks healthy — fhi-innvandrere did exactly that, 14 to 22 September. Compare the two columns; a wide gap means something has been failing quietly. |
